Last week I attended the Baji Quan 2 day seminar/camp that was put on by Vincent Mei Sifu of the Wutan group Bajishu in Manhattan, New York. He taught foundation and prep work for the methodology of Baji, Baji specific warm ups, basic technique, the form BajiJia, and two man drills and applications. There were people there from all over the world and arts as diverse as BJJ, Taekwondo, MMA, and various Japanese and Chinese martial arts styles; everyone was open minded and friendly, and the training was great. I highly recommend Mei Sifu for knowledge/skill and teaching ability! Happy training.
