In between martial arts training camps, kicking around Hokkaido, the furthest north main island in Japan. Known for it's abundance of both nature (mountains, forests,bears, etc.) and native culture (the indigenous Ainu). After Sapporo, which seems to be one large beer garden, went to some temples, shrines, and further north to see the Ainu museum and village.
