Last week, I had a great kickboxing training seminar with USA Sumo Champion and professional YouTube-ist “Sensei Seth”. The turnout, training level, enthusiasm, and venue were all spot on. Held at Roll Model HQ in Greenwood, Indiana. Seth was a joy to train with and was even kind enough to try the forearm conditioning drill with me that I like so much, though I don't think he enjoyed it very much... he selflessly recommended I post the video of us doing it. What a guy! I recommended he check out Kudo, and BajiQuan. I'll make it happen. As for the picture looking like it was shot on a graphing calculator from the 90's, I didn't take it...
