so this is a rant/update regarding my current housing. First, when I moved in the owner didnt send anyone out to check me in and I wound up needing to sneak into the place. Eventually the guy found me and I paid the difference I owed him. The guy seems quite genuinely insane. Brain syphilis maybe? He tried to swipe my passport, but I caught him and got it. The place itself is poorly run, and run down. Everythings broken, the walls floor and ceiling have holes in them. Everyone smokes so much its like sleeping in a back alley mahjong parlor. The guy then tried to jack my rent up more than two and a half times what I was already paying just because he could! the place already wasnt cheap!the final straw was the roach infestation... I dont have a bed, so Im on the floor with the roaches! So obviously Im moving out, and spent the day waiting for the inspector to get here to give me my 100$ security deposit back, and when they finally showed up they werent here to give me my money, they were here to collect next months rent! becouse the owner didnt fill out the paperwork. I finally got my money, and guess what? they didnt get the key from me! ;) what to do now.... this is just a quick primer on this terrible place, but I will do a full write up on my blog when I can. Now, off to my new place!
